The JHP’s jacket is nickel-plated for cosmetic purposes only. Its profile is engineered to promote smooth feeding, precise accuracy and uniform expansion. Its notched rim is designed to split apart evenly as the nose cavity fills with pressurized soft tissue, thus assuring some expansion even at lower velocities.
